30-Day Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box.
  • Accessories, jewelry, and swimwear must be returned in original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Use the prepaid label we email you to send back the package.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired variant.
