Orders & Payment
Browse our collection, select your size and color, and add items to your cart. When ready, click "Checkout" and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped.
Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2PM EST. International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. International shipping rates vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached. Simply log into your account, locate your order, and initiate a return request. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 additional business days.
